I developed several sets of menus, each varied, that would appeal to my need for taste while still serving my dietary needs. When others started noticing my loss of weight and my healthier appearance, everyone started asking how I was accomplishing this. Lightbulb! I was not the only one with these needs! I've since developed twelve weeks of non repetitive menus to avoid redundancy. To make sure everything was well-rounded I went to culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. The outcome of all this is that everyone has loved it. I now have clients who have health issues and love the variety and taste, clients who just love healthy food and rave over the menus, clients who have lost weight and maintained it due to the nutritious factor of the meals and clients who just want to have a healthier lifestyle. In other words, this is for everyone.
Why am I so grateful? In 2014 I experienced another heart attack which lead to a quadruple bypass. By this time my diabetes was controlled, I had lost 100lbs. and was able to bounce back within three weeks from the surgery. What made the difference? Having a healthier lifestyle with TASTE.
